Dear Friends, Since 1901 the Elmer Fire Department has been providing
fire protection to the Borough of Elmer and surrounding
townships. From exceedingly humble beginnings 106 years
ago, vast strides have been made in equipment and training.
This could not have been accomplished without the
co-operation of the Mayors, and Borough Councils of Elmer,
and the support of the citizens. Our Annual Fund Drive is
conducted to cover expenses not provided for by your tax
dollars. If you reside in one of the townships and are supporting
one of the Fire Companies in that township, continue to do
so, we do not want to infringe in their Fund-Raising
efforts. We thank you for your past support, and we will continue
our service in fire protection and prevention for many years
